This policy covers the Country Battle Royale live stream on the YouTube channel @RelaxingSimu.
This project uses YouTube API Services to read the live chat of its own streams. By taking part in the live chat, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
When you post in the live chat of a stream, we receive from YouTube:
We do not ask you to sign in, and we do not receive your email address or your password. This project does not use cookies, advertising or tracking of its own. This website does not collect personal data.
We look for a country name in each message. If there is one, it counts as a vote for that country, and your display name and profile picture may appear in the stream, which is public. Other messages are ignored.
Messages are processed as they arrive and their text is not kept. The display names and picture addresses of voters are kept on our computer only as long as the game needs them, usually a few minutes, and for no more than 30 days. Recordings of the stream may stay available on YouTube, under YouTube's own rules.
We do not sell this data or share it with anyone. Your name and picture are only shown in the stream itself.
You can avoid all of this by not naming a country in the chat. To ask for the deletion of your stored data, or with any privacy question, contact contact@relaxingsimulations.com. We delete stored data within 7 days of a request.
